Booking & Details
Full payment is required at booking to reserve your date and time. Before your session, we’ll confirm the location, timing, outfits, and any special requests so everything is ready for your shoot
Session Day
Relax and enjoy your session! I’ll help with posing and direction throughout while keeping things natural and comfortable. Please arrive on time so we can make the most of your scheduled session.
After the Session
Your professionally edited images will be delivered through a private online gallery. You’ll be able to view and download your included images, with the option to purchase additional edited images for $10 each.

Do you help with planning locations, timing, or direction for the session?
Absolutely! I’ll help with location ideas, the best time for lighting, and posing and direction throughout your session. My goal is to make the experience relaxed, comfortable, and fun—even if you’re not used to being in front of the camera
Are travel expenses included in your packages or quoted separately?
Travel within 20 miles is included with all sessions. Locations beyond 20 miles may require an additional travel fee based on distance. Any travel fee will be discussed and agreed upon before booking.
How long will it take to receive my photos?
Your professionally edited images will be delivered through a private online gallery within 2–3 weeks after your session. I’ll always do my best to get your gallery to you as soon as possible while giving each image the attention it deserves.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
I understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. With proper notice, your payment may be transferred to a new available session date. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and may require a new booking and payment.
Can I purchase additional photos from my session?
Yes! Additional professionally edited images may be purchased for $10 each. If you fall in love with more photos than your package includes, ask me about upgrading to the full gallery.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my session?
For outdoor sessions, I’ll keep an eye on the weather as your session approaches. If weather conditions make it necessary to reschedule, we’ll choose a new available date at no additional charge. Weather-related rescheduling does not fall under the 24-hour cancellation policy.
